"21" BLACK-JACK INSTRUCTIONS

King, Queen & Jack count as 10; Ace counts as 11 or 1, player chooses;
all of the other cards are face value as marked.

Equipment: At least one standard deck of playing cards.
Object: Cards to total "21" or as close to "21" as possible, never going over "21"
or you are BUSTED.
Each individual Player plays against the Dealer, not against each other.
All of the Players can beat the Dealer and win on his individual bet by getting closer to "21 " than the Dealer.
The Game: When the Player gets BLACKJACK (An Ace and a "ten" card) -
he wins 1 1/2 of his bet.
If the Player and the Dealer both get "21 ", it is a STANDOFF - and the Player does not win or lose his bet.
The Dealer and all Players start with two cards each. The Dealer is required to show one card face-up and one card face-down. The Player's cards are dealt face-down.
After the Player views his cards, he must decide whether to take an additional card(s), or not to and STAND. Any additional cards will be dealt face-up.
The Player may take as many cards as he wishes to reach "21 ", or until he goes over "21 ". If the Player goes over "21 ", he is BUSTED - and he loses his bet.
The Dealer then plays his cards. If he has a total of 16 or less, he must take another card until he reaches 17 or over. After he reaches 17 or greater, he can not take additional cards.
Winner: The one who hits "21" or comes closest to "21" while not going
over "21 ".

ROULETTE INSTRUCTIONS

The necessary equipment in playing Roulette consists of One Roulette
Wheel, Roulette Ball, Counter Chips, and a Layout Betting Cloth.
The Counters: At the beginning of the game, each Player receives all the counters in the color he selects. By using a diffierent color for each Player,
the Banker can identify each Player and eliminate mistakes. There may be any number of Players playing at one time. Choose or appoint someone to be the Banker. The Banker controls and conducts the game. If the Banker loses all of his counters
or chips - anyone can be Banker. If more than one person wishes to bank, they can bid to the losing Banker or choose by spinning the Roulette Wheel.
Highest number becomes the Banker.
The Layout Betting Cloth: This is placed alongside the Roulette Wheel,
and has numbers corresponding to the numbers on the Roulette Wheel.
The Players place their Counters on any number or combination of numbers.
Refer to the award chart to see the chances of winning.
Punting: At the beginning of each game, the Banker asks the Players to Punt.
This requests the Players to place their counters on the layout on whatever number(s) or combinanon of numbers they wish to play.
The Banker turns the whee! and at the same time spins the ball in the opposite direction. The ball travels around the outer circular rim of the Roulette Wheel
until it falls toward the center. At this point the Banker calls out,
"No More Bets" - at which time no more bets can be accepted, changed,
or cancelled.
The Ball will fall into one of the numbered grooves when the wheel slows down.
The Banker will immediately call out the winning number, followed by "Odd" or "Even", depending on whether the ball has fallen into an odd or even numbered groove.

BACCARAT INSTRUCTIONS

Baccarat-Chemin De Fer (Las Vegas Style):
Distinctive Features of the Las Vegas game are that the roll of the Banker is usually held permanently by the casino, although it may rotate slowly among the players. One non-bank hand is dealt. Bets can be placed either with or against the bank.
Cards: Six or eight standard decks are used.
Banker: Usually the casino keeps the bank, and the procedure is as follows:

a) The limit on bets on a hand is not the size of the bank, but the house betting limit. (The house betting limit will however, be sometimes raised when a player requests).
b) There is no Banco bet and no need for rules of precedence in betting.
c) A single player can play.
d) The casino takes a cut (usually 5%) from the winning bets that have bet
the bank to win.
Betting: Players may bet with or against the Bank. A Player betting the bank
to win places his bet on the appropriate numbered section at the table center.
A Player betting the bank to lose, places his bet on the numbered section
in front of him. A Player may also back the Bank to have a natural eight or nine,
and if successful, he is paid the odds of nine to one.
Play:
a) A Player must draw if holding a hand totaling five.
b) The banker must draw if holding a three hand when he has given a nine,
or a five hand after giving a four.

There are additional variations to Baccarat, including Baccarat Banque.
